KPS Media Release – Annapolis County man Charged with Break & Enter in Kentville

On October 7th, 2024, the Kentville Police Service received a report of a break and enter and theft from Bruce Auto Group on Park Street in Kentville. A search warrant was executed on a residence in Paradise, Nova Scotia and the stolen property was recovered along with a sawed-off shotgun, and .22 caliber rifle.

Christopher Rouse (51) of Paradise has been charged with:

  • Break and enter with intent x2
  • Theft over $5,000 x2
  • Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
  • Careless use of a firearm x2
  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose x2
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm x2
  • Possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized x2
  • Possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition
  • Breach of probation
  • Fail to comply with release order condition x2

Jordan Delorey (27), of Middleton has been charged with:

  • Break and enter with intent x2
  • Theft over $5,000
  • Theft under $5,000
  • Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
  • Breach of probation x2
  • Fail to comply with release order

Chad Thibodeau (33) of Wilmot, has been charged with:

  • Break and enter with intent
  • Theft under $5,000
